Fodor's Review:
In a quiet street just a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco you'll find this small family-run hotel. Inspired by the style of Mariano Fortuny, the early-1900s artist and fashion designer, the intimate rooms are a surprisingly elegant mélange of exotic, multiethnic furnishings. The Mediterranean, Indian, and Venetian fabrics, silverware, chandeliers, and furniture create a sensual turn-of-the-20th-century atmosphere. In fine weather breakfast is served in the inner courtyard.
