Getting Here and Around

Trains and buses run between Palermo and Messina, and stop at the station about a 10-minute walk from town. Drivers can take the A20 autostrada, though the traffic going in and out of Cefalù town can be heavy in summer and the 50-minute train ride from Palermo may be the better option.
