This hotel claims it is designed around "bio-architectural" principles. Breakfast offers a selection of organic foods. There's Internet access for free in the lobby (and for a fee in the rooms), and bicycles are available in summer. The location is close to the lively Porta Ticinese shops and restaurants and the young people's fashion mecca, Via Torino. Although a longish walk from the nearest subway stop, the Duomo, it is well served by tram. Pro: Although for a fee, it has its own parking. Con: Rooms are characterless.

This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Duomo, so it's very convenient. It is clean and comfortable, though a bit "characterless", as Fodor's review states. The free breakfast is ample and includes several very healthy options. Parking (for a fee) is limited and tight, but right in front of the hotel and for someone arriving late at night and exhausted as we were, worth the fee.
