Fodor's Review

A French-style bistro in the heart of Milan, Fioraio Bianchi Caffe was opened more than 40 years ago by Raimondo Bianchi, a great lover of flowers. In fact, eating at this restaurant is like dining in the middle of a boutique Parisian flower shop. It's a popular haunt for local glitterati, and despite the French atmosphere, many dishes like chestnut tortiglioni pasta with lamb ragu and chanterelles and Piancenza-style baccala with polentina ensure a classy, inventive Italian meal. Reservations recommended.
