Fodor's Review

Known locally as the Blessington Lakes, Poulaphouca (pronounced pool-a-fook-a) is a large, meandering reservoir that provides Dublin's water supply. You can drive around the entire perimeter of the artificial lake on minor roads; on its southern end lies Hollywood Glen, a particularly beautiful natural spot.
