Gasthof Fraundorfer Review

You can ride to dreamland in this beautiful old Bavarian Gasthof—some of the bed frames are carved like antique automobiles and sleighs. The colorfully painted facade is covered with geraniums most of the year. The tavern-restaurant (¢-$), its walls covered with pictures and other ephemera, presents "Bavarian evenings" of folk entertainment every evening except Tuesday. There's an Internet café across the street.

    Gasthof Fraundorfer Review

My wife and I spent 2 restful nights here in October 2009. All rooms overlook a quiet parking lot but have mountains views above. Rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant and folk entertainment great. We had lunch at the restaurant with a quiet atmosphere and returned at night for a beer and the folk dancing when it was packed! Far from the bustling center of the city but located in the quiet, quaint, picturesque old end of town.
