Despite its attempt to be as decadent as the legendary, anything-goes Bar 25, KaterHolzig comes across as the grown-up version of its predecessor: more put together, a bit less gritty and scrappy, and with a more upscale restaurant. Yet it attracts a similar crowd of crazy dreamers, artists, musicians, and partiers.
