This hip Vietnamese eatery is a convenient place to meet before hitting Mitte's galleries or clubs, or for slipping in just a few calories before wiggling into the wares of neighboring boutiques. Inevitably, the same steamy dishes and soups, such as goi bo (spicy beef salad) or pho ga (chicken noodle soup), land on each low table, as there are only five items and two specials on offer. But people keep coming back for their favorites, and for the teas and shakes served along with them.
