A 1930s functional design interior provides the backdrop to the innovative contemporary cooking at this establishment, the main restaurant of the central Sokos Hotel Torni. Interesting combinations on the menu include smoked char with sea buckthorn berry sauce, breast of snow grouse with morel sauce, and chocolate terrine with kumquat cake.
