Mr. Underhill's Review

Occupying a converted mill building beneath the castle, this secluded establishment looks onto the wooded River Teme and is stylish, light, and informal. The superb Modern British, fixed-price menus take advantage of fresh seasonal ingredients. The daily changing menu could include lemon sole with chorizo crust, or roast duck with an orange zest and peppercorn jus. Book well ahead, especially on weekends; rooms and suites are available should you want to make a night of it.
