Housed in a 19th-century building, the Edelweiss has become a Zürs institution. It is one of the more lively hotels in restrained Zürs and has one of the best restaurants, Chesa. Many of the colorful, contemporary guest rooms are large and have been renovated with carefully thought-out interior design. The Edelweiss also houses the Zürserl disco, which has been the place for nightlife in the area for more than 40 years. Reservations are essential in the restaurant.
