Pat's Place Review
Island native Pat Simmons can give you a lesson in the medicinal qualities of her garden plants and periwinkle flowers, as well as provide excellent native cuisine for a very reasonable price in her typical Salt Cay home. Home cooking doesn't get any closer to home than this. Try conch fritters for lunch and steamed grouper with okra rice for dinner. Be sure to call ahead, as she cooks only when there's someone to cook for. Pat also has a small grocery shop selling staples.
