At the Somerset Resort, you may enjoy lunch or dinner under shade in the sunken outdoor dining area or around one of several tables at the pool’s edge, with views of the gorgeous colors of Grace Bay as your backdrop. You'll think you're truly having your burger in paradise. Other lunch offerings include a fabulous Mediterranean platter comprising grilled peppers, marinated olives, tabouleh, and tzatziki with grilled pita. The double-fried chicken wings with piri-piri ginger sauce are outstanding. For the pizza lover, there are several to choose from, as well as a panini or fish-and-chips. The bartender makes exotic tropical martinis, such as the mango-tini, that you can sip by the pool. The bar will even bring buckets of beer to you on the beach, so you never have to leave your little patch of sand. Ask about the Tuesday Night Caribbean Beach Party, which includes a beach bonfire, music, and dancing.
