An institution in Provo for many years, this brightly colored beach shack is justifiably famous for its conch and seafood. The conch is fished fresh out of the shallows and broiled, spiced, cracked, or fried to absolute perfection. This is the freshest conch anywhere on the island, as the staff collect it from their “pens” several times a day as needed. If you don't like seafood, there's also chicken. Their blackened grouper is to die for, and they actually have Johnny fries (french fries with a black bean and local pepper sauce). Give them a call to find out when they have theme nights or live music from 7 to 10 pm (Hump and Bump Night). Sunday afternoons you will listen to a live DJ from 1 to 5. You get to dine with your feet in the sand or on a wooden deck, right on the water’s edge.
