Ladera Review

One of the most sophisticated small inns in the Caribbean, the elegantly rustic Ladera is perched 1,100 feet above the sea directly between the two Pitons. With a local approach to furnishings, food, and staff, each tree house-style suite or villa in this ecohotel is uniquely decorated with colonial antiques and local craftsmanship. Each unit has an open fourth wall with a dazzling view of the Pitons as a backdrop for the private plunge pool. The Ti Kai Posé Spa (Creole for "Little House of Rest") offers relaxing and therapeutic massages, beauty services, and restorative bathing pools. Dasheene, the open-air restaurant, has a stunning view of the Pitons. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service throughout the day to the Jalousie and Anse Chastanet beaches. The minimum stay in the winter season is three nights.
