The restaurant's decor and music pays hommage to French jazz singers like Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour, and Jacques Brel, and the cuisine is the perfect match. French bistro classics like soup de poisson, house-made foie gras, and herb-wrapped beef tenderloin join tasty fish and grilled dishes, and the Tarte Tatin is the best on the island.
