Tasty, affordable food is served in an appealing setting (check out the stupendous "stinger" mosaic), with cover-free live music and dancing Thursday and Friday. On Wednesday there is an all-you-can-eat Caribbean luau. The band Heat, local legends, sizzles with energetic, emotional calypso, reggae, soca, salsa, and oldies; limbo dancers and fire-eaters keep the temperature rising. If you recoil from audience participation, stay far away.
