This brewery occupies the former Stingray facility; free tours are available on the hour (weekdays from 9-4 by appointment only). The guide will explain the iconic imagery of the bottle and label, and the nearly three-week process: seven days' fermentation, 10 days' lagering (storage), and one day in the bottling tank. The brewery's ecofriendly features are also championed: local farmers receive the spent grains used to produce the beer to serve as cattle feed at no charge,
