Pinchos Grill & Bar

Pinchos Grill & Bar Review

Pinchos Grill & Bar. Built on a pier, this casual spot—with only 11 tables—has one of the most romantic settings on the island. At night the restaurant glimmers from a distance as hundreds of lights reflect off the water. Guests can watch as chef Robby Peterson prepares delectable meals on the grill in his tiny kitchen. His wife and co-owner, Anabela, keeps diners comfortable and happy. The fish-cakes appetizer with a pineapple-mayonnaise dressing is a marriage made in heaven. The bar area is great for enjoying ocean breezes over an evening cocktail, and there is live entertainment every weekend. Many visitors consider a visit to Pinchos an essential part of the Aruba experience.

Relax, relax, relax and enjoy one of the best Restaurants on the Island. The food was prepared, presented and tastefully perfect. Make reservation between 6:00 or 7:00 pm to enjoy the sunset. Well worth the price. Remember, this is Island time. No need to worry where your wait-staff is.

Pinchos is a must if you go to Aruba. It is the entire package for a dinner or just drinks for a picture perfect setting. Wish I could up load the picture.
