Built on a pier, this casual spot—with only 11 tables—has one of the most romantic settings on the island. At night the restaurant glimmers from a distance as hundreds of lights reflect off the water. Guests can watch as chef Robby Peterson prepares delectable meals on the grill in his tiny kitchen. His wife and co-owner, Anabela, keeps diners comfortable and happy. The bar area is great for enjoying ocean breezes over an evening cocktail, and there is live entertainment every weekend.

Pinchos is a must if you go to Aruba. It is the entire package for a dinner or just drinks for a picture perfect setting. Wish I could up load the picture.
