Nor does the succulent flavor of locally caught tuna, Australian beef, and New Zealand salmon expertly sliced, diced, and cooked before patrons' eyes. The traditional look of the restaurant and professional service make it a marvel of international cuisine in Fiji and a great experience for families. A decent wine list completes the festive atmosphere for those old enough to know not to touch the hot metal cooking surface. There's also a Suva location.
