Fodor's Review:

This centrally located hotel lives up to its name with upper-floor rooms that have sweeping views of the mountains surrounding the city. Twenty of the rooms are in a guesthouse annex. All rooms are simply but comfortably furnished, decorated with Northern Thai handicrafts. Pros: central location; helpful tour desk. Cons: some rooms are showing their age; cleaning service could be more efficient.
