Fodor's Review

This casually upmarket Siam Square restaurant is where the locals go if they want to enjoy skillful, authentic Thai cuisine in an atmosphere that's a couple of notches above that of the simple family restaurants. The room is dark, comfortable, and inviting, filled with big round tables. Start with the sensational kung sa oug (a plate of sweet and silky raw shrimp delightfully balanced with chili and garlic), and continue with pla rad pik (deep-fried grouper with sweet-and-sour hot sauce). Finish with the unique tum tim krob (water-chestnut dumpling in coconut syrup with tapioca).
