$, Nassim Hill
Fodor's Review:
This is less a hotel than an international conference center often used by Singapore's university for seminars. The upper floors, however, contain bargain guest rooms that are large and basically comfortable with balconies and plenty of light. There are two floors of serviced apartments for long-term guests. The building is in a residential neighborhood, up a hill beyond the Shangri-La hotel, a 10-minute walk from the Orchard and Scotts roads intersection. Breakfast is included, and the rooms have coffeemakers. Because the hotel is such a good value, reservations well in advance are strongly advised.
