Fodor's Review:
Architect Tadao Ando's latest adventure in concrete is Tokyo's newest monument to shopping. The six wedge-shaped floors include some brand-name heavy hitters (Yves Saint Laurent and Harry Winston) and a wide range of smaller stores whose shelves showcase high-end shoes and bags.
