Architect Tadao Ando's latest adventure in concrete is Tokyo's newest monument to shopping. The six wedge-shape floors include some brand-name heavy hitters (Yves Saint Laurent and Harry Winston) and a wide range of smaller stores whose shelves showcase mid- to high-end shoes and bags.
