Fodor's Review

In the heart of Asakusa, this concrete ryokan is just behind the Kaminari-mon, the gateway leading to the Senso-ji complex. Nearby are the Nakamise souvenir market and the Kappabashi restaurant-supply street, two popular sightseeing spots. The Japanese-style rooms are small for two people and lack sizable storage areas but will do the trick for short stays. Spring for the tasty traditional Japanese breakfast, priced at 1,500 yen. Though English-challenged, the staff is attentive and very friendly. In-room Wi-Fi is available.
