Shiva Shakti Review
Succulent samosas, vegetable pakoras (fritters), spicy lamb masala, chicken korma, and prawn biryani (with rice and vegetables) are among the dishes served at this small Indian restaurant, which is popular with expats. In the pleasant dining room, a statue of the elephant-headed Hindu god Ganesha stands by the door, and reproductions of Mogul art line the walls. There are also a few tables on the sidewalk. It's just east of the Independence Monument.
