Arabian Desert/Big Red Review
Dubai's largest dune and the highest natural point in the Emirate aside from the Hajar Mountains, Big Red is more than 100 feet of terra-cotta-colored sand that takes on a deep rose as the sun drops. The dune has developed into an adrenaline-fueled playground, with sand buggies and roll-top jeeps that hurtle up the slopes and 4WD vehicles ploughing furrows in the sand along its flanks.
