Built on a rise on the corner of Frishman and Hayarkon streets, the Prima has an excellent view of the sea, and many of its rooms face the Mediterranean. Table lamps and soft lighting make the tiny lobby homey. The hallways and rooms display artwork highlighting Tel Aviv vintage cityscapes. The independently owned restaurant, the Prime Grill, has a beautiful canopied terrace that faces seaward. There's also a coffee bar. Pros: Glatt Kosher restaurant on the premises. Cons: not all rooms have Wi-Fi access.
