I know of none in that area but they are popping up everywhere out there...the closest area that I can think of is the Sac-Town area where (I believe) they are trying to get a new designation approved (like Sonoma or Napa). Check out www.sacramentograpeescape.com.

The closest and best bets for wineries between Tahoe and Yosemite would be the Amador County winecountry, near Plymouth, CA. Excellent area for those who love Zinfandel.
See www.amadorwine.com for details.

El Dorado County has wineries that would be within about an hour from Tahoe.
Camino just off highway 50 uis home to Lava Cap and Madrona.
In Placerville would be Sierra Vista, and Boeger.
Fairplay Somerset has Granite Springs, Latcham, Perry Creek and Oakstone.
In addition ot El Dorado County there are Amador and Calaveras Counties that have wineries. Her's a link:

Personally I think Amador Zins are fabulous.
