Well, you don't say what your preferences and price range are, so it's hard to help you...I always recommend the Sky Ranch Lodge , b/c I've stayed there many times and think it's just great, but if $$ is no object, I would choose the Enchantment Resort.

I work in sedona and have much info if your interested email your questions to me!! its beautiful and price ranges are varied from really exspensive to average depending on your budget!

Enchantment is the area's top hotel/resort (if budget is not a major issue, get one of the new junior suite casitas. The standard rooms are becoming dated).
L'Auberge de Sedona is a notch below.
There are lots of smaller places with varying quality/price.
