You will find the majority of people on most forums will tell you to use Great Alaskan Holidays. We have and were very happy with their professionalism, services, equipment, etc.
A great forum for RV travel--about anything you can think of RV related--is www.rv.net/forums.

I've used ABC and was very happy with them. No matter where you get the RV, the vehicle itself should be pretty much the same. ABC's people were both cheerful and helpful on both ends of the trip.

I have used Great Alaskan Holidays 6 or 7 times and have always been very pleased with them. They are friendly, helpful and take pride in the vehicle they send you out in. On the other hand, the one time we rented an RV from ABC was a disaster. The first vehicle they tried to give us had bald tires and the refrigerator would not stay on. The one we did take was equally bad - I held the oven door closed with bungee cords, the window treatments kept falling off and there was mold growing on the floor behind the driver's seat. Avoid them at all costs!
