Road Trip Minnesota to East Coast
Hello to all!
Couple of woman (mother and Daughter) traveling from Minnesota in Mid September for a couple weeks of Vacation-ending with a convention in Cromwell CT First weekend in October and Back home. We enjoy scenic road trips, crafting includeing yarn hunting, history, good regional food and the ocean. Looking for suggestions for itinerary -but we do enjoy letting the road take us where it wills! We have been to Boston and New Hampshire, and Maine Coastline. PS: We dont like to walk a lot.... but would for spectacular sight seeing!

Are you committed to driving your own car from MN?
In about 3 weeks DW and I will be getting off the Lake Shore Limited in Cleveland. The Amtrak station is across the street from the R&R Hall of Fame and the Browns stadium.
We will be coming through MN on the Empire Builder to Chicago.
It would be cheaper to drive but then you are tired at the end of a day of driving.
Have you ever seen Niagara Falls? If you have your passports with you, you can go to the Canada side.
Enjoy your trip no matter which way you tackle it.
