Las Vegas Hotel Dilemma
I will be Vegas for one night on Saturday, November, 13. The problem is hotels either do not allow you to check in on Saturday, or are extremely expensive. The only hotel I found was the Holiday Inn express in N. Las vegas for $72 a night. I have no problem with the hotel (stayed there before) but is there any place any closer with good prices. Please do not tell me the Key Largo (it was my night in hell. Oh well, what do expect for $32)

I would try some of the close to strip types. You say that you want to be closer, but you don't say closer to what.
How about: Ellis Island, Terribles, Station properties, Orleans.
You could always pay for 2 nights and use 1 if there is a place that you really want to be. I gotta think that is not a busy time of the year.

San Remo across from MGM (behind the Tropicana) is available at $69.00
The hotel has been sold and will be undergoing renovations, so you might want to call first and get the details on noise etc.
