I believe there was a TA or 2 on this board who used terms frequently that appear in this brief. Some that come to mind are: Monopolistic behavior, violations of the Sherman Acts and anti-trust laws.
Perhaps if you will be as quick to read up on this as you are to bash the people trying to educate you on what's happening in their profession, you will feel more compassion.
And you will see, they have not been here trying to drum up business, only alerting the consumer as to what is transpiring.
So they aren't cry babies after all?? Are they. Seems to me they are up on the world of travel and the dirty tricks used by the a/l's.

Personally, I don't blame the woman for vacating this forum. All the hostility and hatred that spewed in her direction. At least if you read this web site, you'll see you are the fools and idiots, not her.
She apparently knew what she was talking about, as well as several others. And what's more important, I miss her contributions to these conversations. A real class act.

You've provided the URL for the summary judgement filed in 1999 and the appellate brief that was filed in January. There still isn't a finding. I really don't think that anyone here wants to read two separate 90 page pleadings.
