Have the trees turned green yet in South Carolina and Georgia?

I am looking at the weekend specials available this weekend and want to take a springtime easter trip. I was looking at Georgia or South Carolina.

I want to see green trees with leaves on them again! Have the trees turned green yet in Georgia or South Carolina. (I am not talking about pine trees)

Thanks

Grass mostly green. Flowering trees are flowering. Many trees have first light green leaves. Some trees still in bud. Azaleas just starting.

This report is from Greenville, in upstate SC. Charleston would be a couple of weeks ahead, don't know about GA.

Hi from sunny Atlanta, Nan. But ck out weather.com: it's changing to rain for the weekend! The younger dogwoods, for which Atlanta is known, are beginning to bloom but the mature ones have perhaps a week or so to go.... is it really green here yet? Black and white answer is no.
Green trees? Not yet.

My personal favorites in the area are by far Charleston and Savannah, when you do head this way. Wisteria blooming in springtime Charleston is difficult to beat. Anyone know when that will happen??

Reporting in from coastal South Carolina. The spring peak for flowers and trees is in about a week. I would go the second weekend in April.

Reporting from Charleston - noticed some full blooms of azaleas and wisteria today while I was downtown. Another week should begin the high point.

In the mountains of GA it is at least a month to spring green.
