First trip to Orlando, Fl
I plan on taking my daughters (ages 3.5 and 13 years old) to Orlando sometime in March. None of us have ever been there before and we would appreciate any help in planning our trip.

there are many websites devoted to Orlando. One of my favorites is called mousesavers.com. Besides giving lots of info about Disney, it gives you links to other helpful resources. Have fun planning and travelling

And zeigna,
if you need a nice hotel to stay at, I highly recommend the Doubletree Orlando Maingate Villas in Kississimee (it's just a few miles away from Orlando and Disney). When my family visited Orlando two years ago, it was absolutely terrific and at a reasonable value as well (about $200 a night) with great service and plenty of space.

Are you planning a trip to Disney World, or to Orlando as a whole? I'd assume Disney based on the fact that you're going with kids, but can't be sure. Orlando has lots beyond Disney, but if Disney is your goal, no need for people to offer help with the rest.
So, beyond that, what help do you need? Have you done any research? What have you found that interests you or doesn't? What confuses you? What are must-do's for your family, or must-avoids?
People here love to help others plan trips, but we need more info.

Thanks for all of the help. Disney is not a given - it is on the list but I rather do more Orlando and less Disney (a day or two at most will more than fill me and exhaust the girls). What about Orlando per se?

What are your interests and your daughters interests? Do the 3.5 year old and the 13 yr old have any interests in common? Are you going to have a rental car? There are many, many options - just need a little more info.

I understand that it is your first trip and maybe you are overwhlemed. But you'd get better repsonses if you are a bit more specific about they type of info you need instead of "any help planning our trip."
