Are there any good package deals to Vegas for New Years?

My family (eight of us)are looking for a good web site or agency to get a 3 day, 2 night package deal over New Years to Vegas in one of the hotels on the strip in the middle of the action. Any advise?

Since New Year's Eve is always a sellout in LV, hotels generally won't discount rates for this time. They usually <inflate> rates and many have a minimum stay requirement (which is 3 night at some hotels).
If you find rates which are not inflated I'd book them.

Southwest Airlines usually has pretty good packages to Vegas.

Check www.swavacations.com

I would go to the hotels' websites themselves. Some may have New Years Eve packages and some will just post room rates. In either case, their New Years Eve rates are probably not out yet - it's a little early. Unless you are a repeat customer at one of the hotels and can get a free room or casino rate, expect to pay at least double, possibly triple, what you would normally pay for a room in Vegas. It is a very busy holiday.

Also many casinos may sell out completely and they reserve rooms for their best customers first. might I suggest you book a.s.a.p. to avoid disappointment.
