E & O Trading Co. : A medium nice place, good decor, good value for the food, I would go again. There's one closer to my house and I go often.
Few would be disappointed.
That said, what kind of dining experience do you seek?
What are your expectations for the night?
These answers may help us all to pinpoint it for you...

Hi, This is for a get together of work colleagues from CT. Most are 30 somethings. Everyone is staying at either marriott, hotel nikko, hotel palomar, or parc 55. I think Town Hall might be a bit expensive and so it is either Maya or E and O Trading company. Originally, someone in the group suggested Thirsty Bear, but that is a bit too much of a bar. The boss is a foodie, but since company is paying for us, can't go too crazy pricewise. And since boss will be there, it will not be a drunken function. thanks, karen

I've been to all of them. Maya will definitely break your bank. It's a little stuffy these days, anyway. Mostly older clientele. The interior is quite beautiful.
E&O is a great place. It's not the most fashionable restaurant on the block, but it's definitely a treat. They recently remodeled and the new interior is more sophisticated than before, very nice, very creative. We usually just eat from their small plate menu and everything is delicious. I recommend trying their house-brewed ginger beer. Yum!
Dine is no more, sadly.

Now that you mention Hotel Nikko --- for a real treat, you might consider for another occasion dining at Anzu. It could be considered a little spendy by some, but worth it in food quality and XLNT service. Can't right now think of the name of the chef at the sushi bar who is there 3x a week, but he is the sushi master!!
