3 days in Yosemite. Help!

My fiance and I are planning our first trip to Yosemite at the end of May. We will be staying at the Wawona Hotel and are driving from the Napa valley area early the morning of the 28th (I mean early! We would like to like arrive in the park around 10am), and leaving the evening/night of the 30th for Monterey . We are both in our mid 20s and fit so hiking and long, strenuous days are not a problem for us. I was hoping someone could give us the perfect 3-day itinerary that really packs in all of the spectacular highlights of the park.

Also, this is our first trip to this area of California and we will be spending 3-4 days in San Francisco, the next 2 in Napa, then Yosemite, and finally spending the last 2 days of the trip on the coast in the Monterey/Carmel area before a late red-eye back to NYC. So, if anyone has any suggestions for any of these places as well that'd be great!
