Public transportation up and down Cornwall hills

Hello.
My husband and I would like to visit a few of the beach towns on the Cornwall coast. While my husband is ambulatory, he cannot walk up hills. We won't have a car and are wondering are there any modes of transportation that we could use to go up and down hills within a town? Are there beach towns that provide this service? Thank you!

Hi Aga,

Fortunately there are a few beach towns in Cornwall which are not on hills. Ones that spring to mind are Marazion [near Penzance], Porthowan, and Perranporth. Padstow, which is a port town rather than a beach one, is also pretty flat in the centre. Forget about St Ives, Penzance, and Falmouth unless you stick to the main street [which is pretty long so quite a lot to see alone there].

hope this helps.
