We'll be on a cruise that stops in these two ports in February. I've read that the snorkeling is good off of Joao Fernades Beach in Buzios but haven't figured out whether it would be an easy taxi ride from port. For Porto Belo, I've read that snorkeling at the Marine Reserve of Arvoredo is good and I think I saw pictures of people snorkeling from the beach. My husband gets seasick on small boats so we want to go snorkeling from the beach. I also was unclear whether the Marine Reserve is part of the Bombinas Beach Resort or whether that would even matter. We'll bring our own masks but can we rent fins at both places?Sorry for the murky questions!
