Hi Graziella,
I have searched on Google for several pages (and a couple of hours), and haven't found any private tours. Everything seems to be part of a week tour, etc.
Do you have the name of one so I could search that way?
Or do you know a tour guide or driver that lives in Montevideo?

Thanks for the URL - it was very interesting reading!
I'm trying to find a ranch that's about an hour from Montevideo - as we'll be there and not in Bue. So far, no luck. But the Estancia near Bue sounded just like what we are looking for.
I'm enjoying your thread as well; have picked up some ideas from it and cut and pasted away.
