Electrical In Mexico

Does anyone know what type of electrical outlets are in Mexico? I am going to Mazatlan and was wondering if I need a converter?
Thanks

Mexico is the same as the U.S. No converter needed.

You don't need a convertor, it's the same. But if you have any 3-pronged plugs you might want to carry an adaptor to make it 2-proned only. Thath is the more commonn kind of outlet in Mexico.

Here in central Mexico the 110v is often about 137v which shortens the life of lightbulbs, etc.
Most new/updated houses have digital downstream supressors to normalize/regulate voltage within narrow ranges.
I would bring a surge protector for any valuable electronics.
