Where is Tower Hamlet Central Library in London?

Where is Tower Hamlet Central Library in London?
I'm trying to track down a reference to a file located in the "Tower Hamlet Central Library" but it seems there's a whole network of Tower Hamlet libraries. Does anyone know where the Central Library is and is it near a tube station?

take a look at this link for the library system. I couldn't find the "central" library either, but would you rfil ebe at the local history and archives??

You're right I think it's on Bancroft Rd, I'm still waiting for email confirmation. I would get off at the Stepney Greeen station to get there, yes? it looks like there's some construction going on, I might have to take a bus.
