Urgent Need of Advice

Will be leaving the US after 45 years going to the Southern Germany area (Stuttgart, Munich, Starnberg, Garmisch). Need a friend and advice to find my way around!

Interesting. Tell us more. It's your first time out of the US in 45 years or you haven't been back to Germany in that many years? What is it you are looking to do in Germany?

I have been married and working in the US for 45 years. I am 65 years of age. Computer Information Sharing left me over the last six months with no US passport, no CA driver’s license, no Social Security Number, no Bank Account including PayPal and much more important no Social Security Income. I was in communication with The White House hoping for HELP. I received an e-mail attachment from ‘HOMELAND SECURITY’ reflecting my deportation order dated 1971 (44 years ago), which I have never seen before. My future has become very uncertain with 'NO SECURITY'. I obtained a German passport and hope to get a handle on my life in Southern Germany.

You need an immigration lawyer, not a bunch of random strangers on the Internet.

You issues are too complicated to understand fully, and only someone who understands them fully can offer advice that will be useful. Though I am not a lawyer, I believe that it Gould be a very bad idea for you to discuss these things without talking to a lawyer.

Sorry.

With German citizenship there should be no need for an immigration lawyer because there should be no immigration issues. But a lot of practical problems to be solved. A useful address to start with will probably be an English-speaking forum and website for expats in Germany: http://www.toytowngermany.com/
(I see they are currently offline but promise that the website will be working again in a couple of hours.)

The Department of Homeland Security was founded in the 2000's. You've been spammed? Or we have.

Assuming this is not a troll - and I'm suspicious - you should have

1) gone to an attorney here right away to look into this deportation order (surely any decent immigration attorney could explain to you what's going on)

2) if that didn't help go to yuor congressmen;s office
