Congratulations on your wedding! How many days will you have, what are your interests? I'd say about 4-5 days for Istanbul, 3-4 for Cappadocia and Antayla each. Local flights are very cheap and you can book them online, plan on staying at Istanbul at the rear end of your trip.
I presume you'll be flying in and out of Istanbul, so suggest you book a local flight to Kayseri/Cappadocia, giving yourself at least 2-3 hours after your ETA Attaturk. Spend 3-4 days there, book a cave hotel and do the hot air balloon ride one morning.
Depending on your time schedule you can fly to Antalya from Kayseri, then back to Istanbul. There are a lot of all inclusive resorts in the Antalya area which are quite popular and good value for money, you might want to google them. We stayed at one such place in Belek a few years back but I personally found it too big, soulless and impersonal, I much preferred the small family run or boutique hotels we stayed at in other places.
There's so much to see in Turkey, one of my fav countries, you'll get hooked on and will definitely come back for return visits

Hello Everyone, Thank you so much for your suggestions. Helps a lot!
So Istanbul, Cappadocia and Antalya it is. Certainly looks interesting. So If I'm coming from India and planning to spend 2 nights each at these 3 places. where should I start from and book return flights from?

IMO, 2 nights in each of these 3 places is not a good plan -- you will spend way too much time in transit relative to the time you will have to actually see or do anything. With 6 nights, you might consider JUST Istanbul -- there's more than enough to see and do there. Or maybe -- maybe! -- Istanbul and Ephesus.
