Tourist Information in Berne Switzerland

We will be arriving tomorrow in Bern and hoped to stop at a Tourist Information to receive help in finding a Guesthaus or B n B. Could someone please tell me if there is a TI in the train station, or nearby?

There is also a Tourist |information office at the bear garden
