Shopping, eating, and must-see sights West and South of Barcelona
My husband and I love the Paradors and are lucky enough to find ourselves with 9 days in Spain (in just a couple of weeks). We decided to take the road less travelled and we'll visit Alcaniz, Albacete, Mojacar, Tortosa and Cardona. Recommendations and input would be appreciated since these places are largely ignored in guidebooks. Also, are meals at the Parador(es) our best bet?

Regarding Tortosa, this is the website of the tourist info board for Tarragona's province (which includes Tortosa).
www.costadaurada.org/en/index.asp
I've only been there once and don't know the Parador but the place is beautiful, it has a medieval jewish quarter very interesting to see.
And this is for Cardona, I've found this site for you :
