Neither Geneva nor Zurich are the real gems of Switzerland. Direct Swiss bound TGVs go from Paris to Geneva, Lausanne, Basle, Zurich and Berne. There are connecting trains from all these places (running every 30 to 60 min) to all other places of Switzerland.
What are your interests? What woould you like to do once in Switzerland?

Sorry - but you are counting incorrectly. Five nights in Paris is 4 days and 3 nights in Switzerland is 4 days. You are counting some days twice to get to you numbers - that is, counting the same day as an arrival day and a day in Paris - or 3 times - a day in Paris a day in transit and then a day in Switz.

April is spring and can still be chilly and likely to be rainy. You should see Disney FROM Paris - it's a very short train ride to and fro Paris - no need to stay AT Disney. And as for Switz - you don;t want to visit the large cities - you need to visit the mountains - where the beautiful scenery is. Only April is early in the year - you will still have snow at higher elevations and at lower you will have chilly and only early grass and a few flowers. May is the earliest for full spring - with lots of wildflowers and the cows actually to be turned out into even the lower meadows (mountain meadows may be June).

Early April is full of yellow narcissus (jonquils) flowers in the Jura above Biel/Bienne and Neuchatel, followed by white narcissus, brooms, lilies of the Valley in Southern Switzerland (second half of April) and the Montreux area (May). Most fruit trees will begin to bloom in April.

In order to find snow for sure, take any railway, cableway or bus which goes up to at least 2000 metres:
Rochers de Naye, Glacier3000, Riffelalp, Riffelberg, Bettmeralp, Simplon Pass, Kleine Scheidegg, Truebsee (Titlis), Oberalp Pass, etc. In some years, you may find snow at much lower altitudes, however.
