Paris Prix Fixe (set price menus) for lunch for about 20 Euros?

We're in Paris in a few weeks and I'm looking for recommendations for really good prix fixe lunches.for about 20 Euros (or less?!). We love to eat well, and I'm hoping to find some restaurants that may be expensive for dinner, but have good set price lunch menus. If it's really a fabulous restaurant I could imagine expanding our lunch budget a bit--maybe even 25-30 Euros. Your thoughts? (We're staying in an apartment in the Marais, but will be all over Paris by day.)

My own advice to just to look at the restaurant slates as you visit the city, if you can decipher them!

Hi Genoise,
lucky you found a hotel in the Marais - one of the best areas in Paris.
I can recommend looking for restaurants right there in the area, as it has heaps of nice ones there. In the Marais you will also find Paris`best Falafel take away!
There is a nice Burger place close to the Eiffel tower http://www.schwartzsdeli.fr/index/accueil whit a good view if you eat outside.

Why not look at restaurant websites for the special ones recommended here for dinner and see what their lunch menus are.
We had lunch at La Coupole and it was fun and good.

I have enjoyed lunches for around twenty euros or less at the following restaurants:

La Tartine, 25 rue de Rivoli in the Marais (also really nice, big salads if you don't want the prix fixe menu)

Cafe Constant, 139 rue saint-dominique, in the seventh arrondissement

Le Repaire de Cartouche, 8 bouldevard des filles du calvaire, just outside the Marais
